Medicaid
Medicaid, and where we actually stand.
Finding an obstetrician who takes Medicaid and is accepting new patients is the single hardest search in this market. We would rather tell you the true stage of our credentialing than leave the plan off the page and let you call to find out.
Status
Florida Medicaid managed care
- Sunshine Health / Ambetter — credentialing in progress, expected to complete before the practice opens.
- Molina Healthcare — credentialing in progress.
- Simply Healthcare — credentialing in progress.
- This page is updated when each one completes, with the date. If a plan is not listed it means we have not applied, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
In the meantime
If you are pregnant and need care now
Do not wait for us
Prenatal care started in the first trimester matters more than which practice provides it.
Your Medicaid plan maintains a provider
Line that can name obstetricians currently accepting new patients — that list is more current than any directory on the web.
Florida’s Healthy Start programme accepts self-referrals
And can arrange care coordination regardless of which practice you end up with.
If you reach us and we cannot yet bill your plan
The office will tell you on the call rather than booking you and sorting it out afterwards.

Vireo opens in 2027. Until then the plan list, panel status and first-available wait for every office are published on this site and kept current. Questions can go to the practice office on (305) 555-0180.
