Terms
Terms and conditions.
Last updated 7 October 2026. These cover your use of this website. They do not cover treatment, which is governed by what you sign at the practice.
This site is information, not medical advice
Everything here describes how conditions are generally assessed and treated, and what this practice does. It is written to help you decide whether to book, and what to ask when you do.
It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation for you specifically, and not a substitute for being examined. Nothing on this site creates a physician-patient relationship — that begins at your first visit.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911. Heavy bleeding that soaks through protection in an hour, severe one-sided pelvic pain with fainting, or fever with pelvic pain need care now, not a callback.
What we commit to
And what we do not
- We keep the plan list, panel status and first-available wait current, because publishing them is the point of this site. If one is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Being in network with an insurer is not a guarantee of coverage for any particular procedure. Coverage depends on your plan and, often, on prior authorisation, which the office verifies before anything is scheduled.
- No outcome is promised anywhere on this site, and none should be read into it. What a treatment achieves depends on the person.
- Submitting the form is a request, not a booked appointment. Nothing is confirmed until the office confirms it.
- The chat assistant is a virtual assistant, not a clinician. It can tell you what the site says and take a message. It does not give medical advice.
Content, links and liability
The text, images and design of this site belong to Vireo Women’s Health. You are welcome to read, print and share pages. Republishing them as your own is not permitted.
Where we link out — to a hospital, a professional body or a guideline — we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says.
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it; the information here is a starting point for a conversation with a clinician, not a replacement for one.
